I've designed 3 shirts and one of it came out on January 18th, Monday. The rest of shirts will be out on February 8th. The half of sale goes to the global fund to fight AIDS.  M o N D A Y : o C T o B E R . 1 1 . 0 9 UPDATED. Over the Summer, I was hired as a studio assistant for Takashi Murakami at Kaikai Kiki New York Studio. It has been intense yet exciting job. I am learning a lot! Aside from that, I had an amazing collaboration with a writer, Francesca Lia Block, and created a book called "Wood Nymph Seeks Centaur." It is an unique mythological dating guidebook. There are 24 different characters (12 male and 12 female mythological characters). It is out in bookstore everywhere. Also, I was interviewed by NICHE Magazine. Please check the current issue (4th) to read the full interview. |
 M o N D A Y : J U N E . 1 1 . 0 9 I was commissioned by NYLON magazine again. What a great opportunity once again! I was asked to illustrate 6 different portraits of The new / hot UK (anti) folk musicians. These illustrations are featured in the current issue, July 2009, of NYLON magazine. The illustration was published on February issue of NYLON magazine (came out in January). If you ever got a chance to grab the copy or seem the magaizne, thank you! It was a great opportunity and exposure to the world. and it was lots of fun illustrating and working with a NYLON magazine designer. |
