16. "Buy Art Not Shoes" Exhibition Custom Vans. Thess Shoes were specially made for the "Buy Art Not Shoes" show at Brooklyn Project, LA in 2006 Summer. The images were done in Graphite and then transfered with iron-on onto the shoes. This pair of shoes is also featured in MAKI Custom Kicks book published by Laurence King Publishing. |
17. Local Weekly Paper Illustration. I was asked to do an illustration for the special monthly issue of local newspaper in San Francisco. The issue was on books and mostly covered reviews of different books. It was sketched with graphite first then colored in with photoshop. |
18. The Youth of Mysterious Conversations. Part of Shapeshifter series, Spring 2008. Done in Graphite and Color Pencils. This is the first piece of the series after Himitsu series, which I took small break from drawing. This new series will be my on going life series. |
